Intuit is seeking passionate TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location, providing hands-on tax preparation and expert guidance to individuals and small businesses. You will stay connected with a team of specialists to deliver a complete financial solution and build community relationships.

You will represent Intuit, empower clients year-round, and participate in local events while maintaining professional service standards and a client-first mindset.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software. Familiarity with Circular 230
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Must be willing to complete all required training and development as determined by the business including, but not limited to, compliance training, proficiency-based up‑skilling, cross‑training of other products or offerings, and professional development.
• Must be willing to wear Intuit provided uniforms. Must be willing to use your name, picture for advertising on goggle.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert, creating accessible tax‑related content and resources for your community in accordance with Intuit’s policies
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Identify deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and plan taxes.
• Engage with local community to grow client base and partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver full Intuit ecosystem solutions.
• Deliver seamless end-to-end TurboTax experience.
• Support both in-person and virtual client meetings.
