Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support for individuals and businesses, coordinating with a broad team of specialists to deliver end-to-end service.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training provided.
• Onsite presence 20 hours/week at a TurboTax office, Mon–Fri 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients across personal and business income, deductions and amendments.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize refunds and plan future tax strategies.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Collaborate with the Intuit ecosystem to connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in-person and via TurboTax tools.
