Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, personalized tax advice, and software support, while connecting clients with broader Intuit services like bookkeeping and financial planning.

As a local ambassador, you will grow your client base, build long-term relationships, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience with the support of Intuit’s marketing and tools.

Qualifikationen

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax laws.
• Willing to upskill into additional service areas with training.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and clear financial guidance.
