Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will provide in-person tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, helping customers navigate complex situations with clear, personalized guidance.

You will grow the local client base, participate in community events, and deliver excellent service using TurboTax tools and marketing support. This role requires onsite presence and a strong customer focus.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Onsite availability Sundays–Saturdays, minimum 20 hours/week.
• 3+ years tax return preparation experience.
• Knowledge of tax law and Circular 230.
• Ability to build local community presence.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person tax return preparation and tax advice.
• Assist customers with deductions, credits, and planning.
• Engage with community, grow client base.
• Use TurboTax tools and CRM to manage client relationships.
