Job summary

Constellation Energy Corp. in Pennsylvania seeks an experienced outage project leader to execute turbine generator outage projects, ensuring safety, reliability and efficiency. You will standardize processes across CECs and coach outage teams to uphold high performance standards.

Lead planning, budgeting and communication with client management, while driving continuous improvement and fiscal accountability across the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of power generation experience.
• Associate's degree with 10 years of power generation experience.
• High school diploma/GED with 12 years of power generation experience.
• Demonstrated leadership in a minimum of 3 refueling outages.
• Maintain access requirements and pass medical examinations as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed outage plans and assign personnel.
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget for outages.
• Provide primary client communication with CEC management.
• Direct project close-out of documentation and fiscal data.
• Promote continuous improvement across CECs.
• Communicate progress to all levels of management.
• Coach and mentor managers and staff.
