Job summary

Constellation seeks a Senior Outage Project Lead to drive turbine generator outage execution across our Clean Energy Center network in the United States. You will develop detailed plans, assign resources, and ensure safe, reliable outage execution aligned with goals.

Strong leadership and communication are essential to coordinate with clients and vendors. Candidates should have 8+ years in power generation and demonstrated leadership in at least three refueling outages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field with power generation experience.
• Proven leadership in multiple refueling outages and safe outage practices.
• Strong communication, budgeting, and vendor coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed outage plans and assign personnel and scope.
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget with lifecycle tools.
• Direct outage execution and coordinate with client management and vendors.
• Coach, mentor, and drive continuous improvement on outages.
