Constellation Energy Corp. is seeking an experienced Outage Execution Project Lead to drive turbine generator outage activities and standardize outage processes across Constellation's centers. You will coach teams and ensure safe, reliable outage performance aligned with corporate goals.

The role requires implementing HU/THU techniques, leading outage scope, schedule, and budget, and delivering clear communications to management and vendors. A strong refueling outage track record is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of power generation experience.
• Associate's degree with 10 years of power generation experience.
• High school diploma/GED with 12 years of power generation experience.
• Demonstrated leadership in a minimum of 3 refueling outages.
• Maintain minimum access requirements or unescorted access requirements and favorable medical exam/testing.

Responsabilités

• Develop detailed plans, assign personnel, and create detailed work scope.
• Develop scope, schedule and budget with lifecycle cost management.
• Apply expertise in execution of refueling outage services; coordinate with client management.
• Direct project completion and close out of financial and technical documentation; ensure fiscal accountability.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives among project participants.
• Communicate technical, financial, and work progress status to management levels.
• Administer coaching, mentoring, and performance management for managers and staff.

Formation
