Job summary

Constellation Energy Corp. seeks a Senior Turbine Floor Outage Lead to direct outage execution safely and efficiently. You will coordinate with OS&A and CEC management, guiding turbine maintenance activities and ensuring compliance with procedures and schedules.

Ideal candidates hold an SRO license or equivalent, with extensive turbine experience and proven leadership in multidisciplinary outage teams. This role is based on-site to support critical energy production operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination.
• Current or previous Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) license with 5 years of related experience.
• Associate's degree with 7 years of related experience.
• High school diploma/GED with 9 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct turbine floor personnel to ensure maintenance is performed safely and effectively.
• Coordinate outage activities with OS&A and CEC management.
• Communicate and address OS&A and CEC issues across teams.
• Oversee turbine generator disassembly/reassembly and deck logistics.
• Support OS&A processes and corrective action plans for continuous improvement.
