Job summary

Constellation Energy Corp. is seeking a seasoned Planner for Turbine Services to execute work packages and schedules for outage and non-outage work. You will enforce procedures, coach teams, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced energy environment.

You will plan maintenance, coordinate materials, and collaborate with Work Management, Supply, Operations, and Engineering to deliver safe, reliable power with a focus on Human Performance and THU techniques.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of related experience.
• Current or previous SRO license with 5 years of related experience.
• Associate's degree with 7 years of related experience.
• High school diploma/GED with 9 years of related experience.
• Maintain access requirements and favorable medical examination as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare work instructions for maintenance and modifications.
• Conduct field walkdowns and collaborate with Work Management, Supply, Operations, and Engineering.
• Develop and review maintenance procedures to meet codes and standards.
• Coordinate discipline schedules for planning, resources, parts, and execution.
• Develop detailed schedules and reports for management and execution.
• Assist in contingency planning with Project Managers and Field Leads.
• Support planning with work package customization.
• Schedule and status activities for outage and non-outage work.
• Identify tooling, parts, materials and consumables for work package development.
