Job summary

Responsibilities

System Administration & Maintenance: monitor, manage, and maintain servers, OS, and key applications.
User Support & Troubleshooting: provide advanced technical support and resolve system issues.
Implementation & Configuration: install, configure, and deploy new systems and tools.
Security & Compliance: follow security best practices and participate in audits and remediation.
Monitoring & Reporting: use tools to track performance and prepare health reports.
Collaboration & Process Improvement: work with IT teams on cross-functional initiatives.
