Qualifications

• Requires 8+ years of related experience.
• Experience with Windows and/or Linux server administration.
• Knowledge of AD, group policies, identity/access management.
• Familiarity with virtualization and cloud services (Azure, AWS, M365).
• Strong troubleshooting across OS, apps, and basic networking.

Responsibilities

• System Administration & Maintenance: monitor, manage, and maintain servers and key apps.
• User Support & Troubleshooting: provide advanced support for escalated issues.
• Implementation & Configuration: install, configure, and deploy new systems and tools.
• Security & Compliance: enforce security practices and assist audits.
• Monitoring & Reporting: track performance, respond to alerts, and report improvements.
• Collaboration & Process Improvement: work with IT teams on cross-functional initiatives.
