Job summary

CASE Management Consulting, LLC is seeking a Registrar to lead student enrollment, scheduling, and records management on-site in St. Louis. You will ensure accurate data, support instructors and staff, and help keep training operations running smoothly.

Active TS/SCI clearance (or TS with CI Poly) is required. With 3–5 years in scheduling, enrollment processing, HRIS/LMS support, and reporting, you will deliver reliable information and superb service to students, instructors, and leadership.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain CI Polygraph.
• 3–5 years of experience in scheduling, enrollment processing, HRIS/LMS support, metrics, policy governance and instructor support.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain government credentials and meet security requirements.
• Excellent organization and time-management with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of student enrollment, registration, course scheduling, and classroom maintenance.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of student records and registrar docs.
• Coordinate schedules and support changes, cancellations, and requirements.
• Prepare course packets and materials for instructors.
• Develop reports and enrollment information for course managers and leadership.
• Maintain course catalogs across networks and systems.
• Provide HRIS/LMS support and other training-related system assistance.
• Analyze enrollment, scheduling, and operational metrics for reporting and improvement.
• Support registrar policies and governance; assist instructors and staff.
• Deliver responsive customer service and promote training opportunities.
• Serve as liaison among students, instructors, leadership, and stakeholders.
