Job summary

Ho-Chunk Inc. Management Services (HCIMS) seeks a full-time Registrar Program Specialist in Blackstone, VA. The role handles data entry in the DOS official STMS database under the Registrar for FASTC, ensuring accurate course registrations and student records.

Responsibilities include managing office procedures, responding to inquiries, and building courses in STMS. Requires strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to obtain/maintain a SECRET clearance.

• Must be customer service-oriented and able to support students and staff.

• Proficiency in SharePoint and MS Office Suites with strong Excel and processing skills.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and manages office procedures as per SOPs.
• Monitors DSRegistrar mailbox and responds to student inquiries.
• Builds courses in STMS from scratch and updates course data yearly.
• Provides Tier 1 Help Desk support for TMS and OKTA.
• Registers students for FASTC courses and maintains enrollment records.
• Coordinates scheduling and room reservations for FASTC courses.
