Ho-Chunk Inc. Management Services (HCIMS) is seeking a full-time Registrar Program Specialist based in Blackstone, VA.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma.
• Three (3) or more years of experience in an office environment.
• Proficiency in SharePoint and MS Office Suites with strong Excel and processing skills.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and manages office procedures as established by the Registrar and FASTC SOP.
• Manages and maintains the office filing system and retires course files per the DOS Disposition Schedule.
• Responds to student inquiries via the DSRegistrar mailbox.
• Handles STMS data entry and runs management reports.
• Provides Tier 1 Help Desk support for TMS and OKTA, including account management and user access.
