Job summary

Academies of Math & Science is hiring a School Registrar to support campus operations and manage student enrollment data at our Little Rock site. This role ensures accurate records, timely enrollment processing, and responsive service for families and staff.

You will work with the SIS and campus teams to maintain data integrity, generate required reports, and assist families through the enrollment and transition process in a collaborative school environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with student records, enrollment, or school operations is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage student registration, enrollment, and withdrawal processes.
• Request records for incoming transfer students and provide records to other schools as needed.
• Review and verify enrollment documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Enter and maintain student information within the SIS.
• Generate reports and attendance records as required.
• Assist new students and families with enrollment and campus tours.
