Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in the United States is seeking an enrollment operations professional to manage registrations, assist learners with enrollment, and process changes. You will handle program materials, reporting, and stakeholder communications to ensure a smooth learner experience.

Strong data integrity and confidentiality are essential, with experience using My Learning, SharePoint, and Boeing Events App. A Bachelor of Computer Science is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in learning operations and enrollment management.
• Ability to manage registrations and enrollment changes end-to-end.
• Proficient with learning/event systems and collaboration tools.
• Strong data accuracy and confidentiality for student records.

Responsibilities

• Manage registration system technology to ensure event accuracy and learner experience.
• Understand system architecture, foresee issues, and troubleshoot defects.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure enrollment visibility and accuracy.
• Assist learners with enrollment and process changes including add/drop/date changes.
• Provide program materials and administrative support for learners.
• Create and deliver weekly enrollment reports and other data as requested.
• Lead stakeholder communication and drive continuous program improvements.
