T-Rex Solutions is seeking a fully cleared IT Field Support Specialist to support critical national security infrastructure in the Columbia, MD area. The role involves delivering Tier 2/3 IT support for workstations, servers, printers, and teleconferencing equipment, both on-site and remotely.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, repairing, and testing hardware to maximize uptime and performance. The position requires active TS/SCI w/ FSP clearance and a strong customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI w/ FSP security clearance required.
• Ability to deliver Tier 2 and 3 support for IT hardware and peripherals.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2/3 IT support for workstations, servers, printers, and teleconferencing equipment.
