Job summary

T-Rex Solutions, LLC is seeking a fully cleared System Administrator 2 to support critical national security infrastructure in Annapolis Junction, MD. You will manage day-to-day IT operations, handle Tier 1/2 support, and ensure system reliability across UNIX and Windows environments.

Qualifications

• Ten years of SA experience in programs with similar scope and complexity.
• BS/BA in a technical discipline required; five years may substitute for a BS.
• Active TS/SCI w/ FSP required within 7 years.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems.
• Manage IT system infrastructure and related processes; provide day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution.
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support and escalate as needed; communicate status to management and customers.
• Configure and manage UNIX and Windows OS, install/load OS software, and improve reliability and performance.
