Job summary

T-Rex Solutions, LLC is seeking a Service Desk Engineer to support critical national security infrastructure at Fort Meade, MD. The role involves analyzing requirements, guiding system design, and providing technical leadership across enterprise services for the IC.

The ideal candidate holds an active TS/SCI w/ FSP within 7 years, with strong skills in RESTful services, LDAP, SQL, PKI, and ticketing systems like JIRA or Redmine.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's and 7 years of related experience; 5 additional SE years may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.
• Active TS/SCI w/ FSP required within 7 years.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements and develop system requirements specifications.
• Provide technical leadership for integration of design and technology.
• Support customers integrating with REST services and resolve access issues.
• Manage ticket flow using JIRA and communicate with government and program personnel.
