Job summary

RedTrace Technologies, located at Schriever AFB, CO, seeks an Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) II to maintain the security posture of DoD information systems. The role requires US citizenship, TS/SCI eligibility, and experience with RMF packages and authorization documentation.

The ISSO II will prepare, review, and update packages, monitor security controls, and coordinate changes with the ISSM and AO/DAO, supporting SAP, SCI, and related programs.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years related experience in developing RMF packages or bodies of evidence.
• Bachelor's degree and 2 years of related experience OR Associate's degree and 4 years of related experience OR HS/GED and 6 years of related experience.
• SAP experience and DoD 8570.01-M IAM Level II.
• Must be able to regularly lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist the ISSM in meeting their duties and responsibilities.
• Prepare, review, and update authorization packages.
• Coordinate changes to hardware/software/firmware with ISSM and AO/DAO.
• Monitor system recovery processes to ensure security features are restored and functioning correctly.
• Ensure audit records are collected, reviewed, and documented.
