Job summary

RedTrace Technologies seeks an Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) II to support DoD SAP/SCI environments at Kirtland AFB, NM. You will lead RMF package efforts, coordinate with the ISSM, and help maintain the security posture across information systems.

This role requires US citizenship, TS clearance with SCI eligibility, and a salary range of $99,000–$114,000, with actual compensation based on qualifications and location.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of RMF package development experience.
• Experience as System/Network Administrator or ISSO.
• US citizenship with TS clearance and SCI eligibility.
• Strong RMF knowledge and DoD 8570.01-M IAM Level II.

Responsibilities

• Assist the ISSM in duties and responsibilities.
• Prepare, review, and update authorization packages.
• Notify ISSM of changes affecting authorization.
• Conduct periodic reviews for compliance with the security package.
• Coordinate changes to hardware/software with ISSM and AO/DAO before changes.
• Monitor system recovery and ensure security features are restored.
• Maintain current security documentation accessible to authorized personnel.
• Ensure audit records are collected and reviewed for anomalies.
• Attend required security training related to duties.
• Identify cyber security vulnerabilities and assist with countermeasures.
• Prepare reports on security safeguards for computer systems.
• Perform ISSO duties for in-house and external customers.
