Job summary

gTANGIBLE Corporation seeks an Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) II to manage the security posture of DoD information systems in a high‑ground environment. The role requires collaboration with ISSM and ISO, and daily handling of RMF packages, authorization products, and security controls for SAP/SCI programs.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s or equivalent, experience with RMF, and SAP exposure; DoD 8570.01‑M II certification within 6 months is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience developing RMF packages or body of evidence.
Prior roles such as System Administrator or ISSO.
Must meet DoD Directive 8570.01-M for Information Assurance Technician II or IAM II within 6 months of hire.
Must be able to regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
SAP experience required.
Active duty in the U.S. Air Force a plus.

Responsibilities

Maintain operational security posture for information systems in collaboration with ISSM and ISO.
Develop and update authorization documentation and implement configuration management across boundaries.
Prepare, review, and update authorization packages and ensure security controls are in place.
Monitor security status, audit records, and incident handling; provide training and awareness.
Support SAP/SCI/SAP activities for DoD agencies and external customers.
