Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Journeyman-level Offensive Cyberspace Operational Planner to support USCYBERCOM J3, CNMF, and JTF-ARES with on-site contract work. You will engage in cyberspace operations planning, develop OCO plans, and synchronize capabilities across partners to advance national objectives.

The role requires Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, a BA/BS in CS or Cybersecurity, and 4+ years of CO planning experience. Masters and JPME II are favorable.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or relevant field of study.
• Formal training as Cyber Operational Planner within DoD or IC.
• Knowledge of Joint Publications and cyber warfare operations.

Responsibilities

• Engage in approved plans development and staffing processes to enable CO planning per USCYBERCOM guidance.
• Develop and synchronize Offensive Cyberspace Operational plans to deliver cyber effects for strategic objectives.
• Support targeting selection, validation, synchronization, and integration during execution of cyber activities.
• Support Joint OPG/OPT and integrate cyberspace capabilities into plans.
• Create concepts of support, courses of action, and coordinate comprehensive plans.
• Provide situational awareness to projects, crisis action teams, and current operations.
• Demonstrate knowledge of cyber threats and attack methods from various adversaries.
• Review, prioritize, and submit operational requirements for cyber capabilities.
• Analyze internal and external CO capabilities and tools.
• Translate planning efforts to current operations.
