Leidos is seeking a qualified Cyber Operations Planner (Journeyman) in Odenton, MD to support USCYBERCOM operations. The role focuses on developing and staffing Cyberspace Operations plans, integrating capabilities, and providing situational awareness across crisis teams and projects.

A Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and Polygraph is required, with multiple years of CO planning experience preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and Polygraph required.
• Minimum 4+ years recent CO planning experience or equivalent military/joint operations background.
• Familiarity with Joint Publications such as JP 5-0.
• Formal Cyber Operational Planner training or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Blue-space cyber capabilities and cyber infrastructure.”

Aufgaben

• Engage in approved plans development and staffing within collaborative environment to enable Cyberspace Operations per USCYBERCOM guidance.
• Draft and staff Operational Plans (OPLANS), OPORDs, and FRAGOs.
• Support Joint Operational Planning Groups and integrate Cyberspace capabilities into plans.
• Develop and maintain deliberate CO crisis plans and assess CO performance characteristics.
• Coordinate and document comprehensive plans and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
