Job summary

Leidos Intelligence Sector seeks highly qualified Cyberspace Operational Planners to support USCYBERCOM J3 operations. You will engage in Cyberspace Operations planning, draft foundational planning documents, and coordinate with Joint Operational Planning Groups to integrate cyber capabilities into broader plans.

The role demands active security clearances, DoD/JFHQ-C familiarity, and a track record in fast-paced environments, with opportunities to advance across multi-site programs.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and polygraph required.
• 4+ years recent CO Planner experience; waivers possible for CMT or JPMO roles.
• Familiarity with military operations and planning phases.
• Formal Cyber Operational Planner training within DoD/IC.
• Broad knowledge of Blue-space cyber capabilities and DoD/IC collaboration.
• Strong written and verbal communication, briefing skills.
• Knowledge of JP 5-0 Joint Operational Planning.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage in Cyberspace Operations planning per USCYBERCOM guidance and Joint publications.
• Support targeting selection, validation, synchronization during cyber warfare activities.
• Draft and staff Operational Plans, OPORDs, and FRAGOs.
• Develop CO concepts of support and integrate capabilities into plans.
• Coordinate with Joint Operational Planning Groups and Teams.
• Ensure resource allocation aligns with organizational goals.
• Provide situational awareness across projects and operations.
• Review and refine CO plans for broader integration.
