Acclaim Technical Services, Inc. is seeking a Training/Course Administrator with TS/SCI clearance and polygraph to support our Engineering Services and Solutions Division in Annapolis Junction, MD. You will coordinate training logistics, enroll students, manage materials, and ensure VTC readiness across global sites.

The role requires familiarity with learning databases and government systems, plus a BS degree or equivalent experience. Target salary: $75,000–$95,000.

Qualifications

• Familiar with Virtual Learning databases, Question Mark, Blackboard, MyGovLearn, and AccessNsite badging.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• BS Degree with 3 years relevant experience, or 7 years relevant experience in lieu of.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate, coordinate and distribute training inquiries to the Government Curriculum Manager.
• Coordinate use of facility space, tools, and equipment for faculty and speakers.
• Verify course and instructional requirements with Government Curriculum Managers and instructors.
• Collaborate with faculty to ensure course materials for web-based, self-paced, and platform-based training.
• Ensure VTC equipment is functioning for global site participation in learning events.
• Process application packages, enroll external students, and distribute learning materials.
• Track completion of student pre-work in Government databases.
• Escort uncleared personnel and submit Visitor Requests (VRs).
• Create and print student sign-in sheets and rosters.
• Coordinate training inquiries with Government Point of Contact.
• Submit IT tickets to establish instructor and student accounts.
• Maintain course schedule and provide enrollment information to Government Curriculum Manager.
• Notify Government POC of no-shows.
• Prepare and maintain SOPs and soft copy course folders.
• Address student issues pre-, during, and post-course with Government coordination.
• Distribute/collect PEAK forms/evaluations and monthly status reports.
