Job summary

Sunayu, LLC seeks a Technology Instructor in Annapolis Junction, MD to join an Agile SAFe team. You will design, develop, and deliver technical training for servers, networks, and platforms, creating WCI materials, certification content, and instructional resources for enterprise environments.

You will analyze specifications, develop lesson plans, and conduct evaluations to ensure training effectiveness. A TS/SCI w/ Poly clearance is preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in technical training, instructional delivery, curriculum development, or technology-focused education.
• 5+ years in instructional design or training development.
• Experience with enterprise IT training for server, network, and platform environments.
• Windows Server administration knowledge (2016/2019/2022).
• Linux administration knowledge.
• Experience delivering instructor-led training using multiple platforms.
• Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Excel; strong technical documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple development projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain instructor-led and blended learning solutions.
• Develop training content for server, network, and platform administration.
• Deliver competency-based training for technical systems.
• Analyze engineering docs to identify training needs.
• Create lesson plans, guides, student materials, job aids, labs, assessments.
• Conduct training effectiveness evaluations and metrics.
• Coordinate product development with engineering and writers.
