Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years as Training Specialist or similar role.
• Ability to design and implement training programs and workshops.
• Experience leading a full training cycle.
• Familiarity with learning management software.
• Proficient in MS Office and databases.
• Knowledge of training methods and instructional design.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and time-management skills.
• Fluent in English and French or Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate employees and identify training needs.
• Plan and implement training programs and workshops.
• Build quarterly and annual training programs.
• Present all training requirements to stakeholders.
• Prepare budgets for training programs and workshops.
• Encourage employee participation in training.
• Oversee attendance and performance.
