Job summary

Acclaim Technical Services seeks a seasoned Training Specialist with TS/SCI clearance to support a Chantilly program. You will design, deliver, and evaluate training to enhance employee competencies and readiness.

You will plan and implement workshops, manage training budgets, track KPIs, and collaborate with marketing to produce program materials while ensuring timely communication of training opportunities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Training Specialist or similar role.
• Experience with designing training programs and workshops.
• Ability to lead a full training cycle; LMS experience preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and database software.
• Knowledge of various training and teaching methods.
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication, interpersonal & time-management skills.
• Fluent in either French or Arabic and English Languages.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate training needs and identify gaps.
• Plan and implement training programs and workshops.
• Develop quarterly and annual training plans and budgets.
• Produce training materials and marketing collateral with the marketing team.
• Deliver training courses and bring in guest presenters as needed.
• Track and report training KPIs and outcomes.
• Oversee attendance, performance and program effectiveness.
• Communicate training programs on a timely basis.
