Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience performing advanced troubleshooting of network, cloud, infrastructure, and security-related incidents.
• Experience correlating data from telemetry tools like Sentinel, Azure, and monitoring systems during investigations.
• Ability to review maintenance scope, dependencies, and scheduled implementation periods.
• Experience coordinating escalation during maintenance activities to manage operational risk.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced troubleshooting of network, cloud, infrastructure, and security incidents not handled by Tier 1 personnel.
• Correlate information from Microsoft Sentinel, Azure, and other security tools during troubleshooting and investigations.
• Review maintenance scope, affected services, dependencies, and schedules.
• Monitor operational impact during maintenance and escalate as needed.
