SB Energy is seeking a Network Operations Center (NOC) Analyst/Engineer to support real-time operation of hyperscale AI campuses, enterprise networking systems, carrier connectivity, OT-integrated infrastructure, and facilities platforms. The role requires disciplined operations in a 24x7 environment with strong communication and escalation ownership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a NOC/SOC/telecom/data center/mission-critical operations environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to operational alarms in a 24x7 NOC
• Support monitoring of enterprise networking, WAN/carrier infrastructure, wireless systems, OT-integrated platforms
• Perform first-level troubleshooting, ticketing, incident logging and escalation coordination
• Maintain operational logs, handover notes and incident documentation
• Coordinate with engineering, facilities, cybersecurity, and vendor teams during events
• Assist with onboarding and integration of new infrastructure into monitoring platforms
• Promote a process-driven, customer-focused operational culture
