Job summary

NewGen Technologies is seeking a dedicated NOC/CSOC specialist to provide 24x7 monitoring, incident response, and cyber defense for the enterprise infrastructure in Tysons, VA. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain availability and security.

Responsibilities include proactive monitoring, change management, and leveraging Microsoft Sentinel and Azure Monitor to detect and respond to threats, performance issues, and outages.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI FSP Clearance required.
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Sentinel and Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with enterprise network monitoring and infrastructure tools.
• Proven ability to perform initial troubleshooting and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Perform enterprise network and infrastructure monitoring using Sponsor tools.
• Identify and perform initial troubleshooting tasks.
• Use modeling, mapping, exposure-analysis, or network-path analysis tools.
• Monitor and track scheduled maintenance windows and change activities.
• Provide 24x7x365 NOC/CSOC services and incident response.
