Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a change management professional to support organizational change across transformation initiatives. You will partner with clients and project teams to assess impacts, gather feedback, and develop recommendations that improve adoption and minimize resistance.

Responsibilities include creating stakeholder analyses, communications plans, training materials, readiness assessments, and adoption metrics; plus facilitating workshops and leadership meetings to synthesize insights

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance (DoD/Federal) and ability to obtain/maintain CI polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in business transformation, organizational change management, or related consulting.
• Experience supporting change management, strategic communications, training, or human capital initiatives.

What You Will Do:

Support the development and execution of organizational change management strategies that drive stakeholder engagement, user adoption, and business readiness across transformation initiatives. Partner with clients and project teams to assess change impacts, identify stakeholder needs, gather feedback, and develop recommendations that improve adoption and minimize resistance. Create and deliver high-quality change management deliverables, including stakeholder analyses, communications plans, leadership messaging, training materials, readiness assessments, and adoption metrics. Facilitate workshops, focus groups, leadership meetings, and stakeholder engagement sessions while synthesizing insights into actionable recommendations for clients and project leadership.

What You Will Need:

An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance. Once onboard with Guidehouse, new hire MUST be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN TS/SCIFederal or DoD security clearance with a (COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) polygraph Bachelor's degree THREE (3) or more years' experience supporting business transformation, organizational change management, project management, strategic communications, training, human capital, or related consulting engagements.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Experience supporting digital transformation, Microsoft technology implementations, AI adoption initiatives, or large-scale enterprise modernization programs


• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop executive-ready presentations, client deliverables, and communications for diverse stakeholder audiences.


• Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information, identify key themes and risks, and translate findings into practical recommendations and action plans.


• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across client and consulting teams, manage competing priorities, and contribute effectively in a fast-paced environment.


• Familiarity with change management methodologies and frameworks such as Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, or Human-Centered Change.


• Experience developing strategic communications, stakeholder engagement plans, training materials, change impact assessments, or organizational readiness assessments.
