Job summary

Collins Aerospace seeks a Call Manager Engineer in Largo, Florida to configure and maintain CUCM clusters and Unity connections for enterprise and classified environments. You will manage provisioning, dial plans, and voice gateways while supporting meet-me conferencing and upgrades.

The role requires a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification, and a STEM degree with 5+ years of experience. Onsite work in Largo, FL is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of computer, network, and security systems.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (Security+ or CISSP preferred).
• Typically requires STEM degree with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Configure, administer, and maintain CUCM clusters for enterprise and classified environments.
• Manage Cisco Unity voicemail systems, and provisioning of users and attendants.
• Administer dial plans, SIP trunks, route patterns, and calling search spaces.
• Provide Tier III support for voice, call routing, and QoS issues.
• Develop upgrades, runbooks, and maintenance plans for CUCM/Unity.
