Prattwhitney is looking for a skilled individual to configure and maintain Cisco Unified Communications systems in Largo, Florida. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in computer, network, and security systems, as well as a Top Secret U.S. government-issued security clearance.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of computer, network, and security systems.
• Must have active Top Secret U.S. government-issued security clearance.
• Ability to attain DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Cisco Unified Communications Manager clusters.
• Provide Tier III technical support for voice and VoIP infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain documentation and procedures.
