Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Cisco Call Manager Engineer to design, deploy, and optimize Cisco Unified Communications environments including CUCM, VoIP, and IP telephony. This onsite role supports multi-site deployments from Satellite Beach, FL, with capability to work in Washington DC as needed.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, active TS/SCI clearance, and proven skills in call flows, Cisco upgrades, and cross-functional collaboration with IT staff and vendors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in monitoring and administering Cisco Telecommunication systems.
• Must have an active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Able to work fully onsite at Washington DC, Satellite Beach, FL, or Seal Beach, CA.
• Ability to create, analyze, and troubleshoot call flows and call detail records.
• Capability to design and deploy solutions for multi-site environments using Cisco technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and quick resolution of customer issues.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement LAN/WAN and VoIP architectures.
• Deploy and troubleshoot IP telephony and mobility solutions.
• Lead Cisco upgrades on voice deployments.
• Provide technical assistance to network staff and owners.
• Coordinate with IT partners, clients, and vendors for operations.
• Plan session management strategies to improve efficiency.
• Support remote monitoring of enterprise IPT environments.
• Deliver end-user support in Cisco VoIP/UCCE environments.
