Job summary

COLLINS AEROSPACE in Largo, FL is seeking a Call Manager Engineer to configure and oversee enterprise voice systems in onsite, DoD-related environments with required TS/SCI clearance. The role emphasizes CUCM, Unity Connection, SIP, and secure communications.

You will lead upgrades, security hardening, and collaboration with cybersecurity, network, and infrastructure teams while mentoring junior engineers and documenting procedures.

Qualifications

• Active and transferable TS/SCI clearance with SCI eligibility required prior to start date.
• Typically requires a STEM degree with 5 years relevant experience or an advanced degree with 3 years.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (Security+ or CISSP preferred).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with limited oversight and prioritize work.

Responsibilities

• Configure, administer, and maintain CUCM clusters for enterprise and classified environments.
• Manage Cisco Unity Connection voicemail systems and provisioning; handle call handlers and integrations.
• Configure dial plans, route patterns, SIP trunks, device pools, partitions, and calling search spaces.
• Provide Tier III troubleshooting for voice, call routing, registration, signaling, and voice quality issues.
• Plan and execute CUCM and Unity upgrades, patches, and lifecycle management.
