Job summary

QualX Corporation seeks an Records and Information Management Evaluation Analyst for the Washington, DC area to support the DRMD RIM Evaluation Program. The role involves coordinating evaluations, interviewing DON commands, and analyzing RIM practices to prepare assessments and detailed reports.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor's Degree in information management or a related field
• 1+ year(s) experience with Federal executive level agencies, DoD, or DON records functions and directives
• Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to present findings to senior officials

Responsibilities

• Support the DRMD Records and Information Management (RIM) Evaluation Program through all stages of the evaluation process
• Coordinate with DRMD leadership and DON commands to schedule evaluations, conduct interviews and provide evaluation findings
• Validate and analyze RIM practices, file plans, and supporting documentation from DON commands, and prepare pre-evaluation assessments
• Develop familiarity with RIM evaluation procedures and participate in command evaluation interviews
• Prepare comprehensive written reports documenting evaluation findings, compliance scores, and actionable recommendations
• Develop full working knowledge of DON/DoD/NARA guidelines and governing documents regarding federal records management and its application to RIM evaluations
• Edit and revise evaluation procedures, SOPs and documentation for continuous progress improvement
