Job summary

QualX Corporation seeks a Declassification Intake and Administrative Support professional to manage MDR requests, establish case files, and ensure complete records. This full-time on-site role requires TS/SCI clearance and a bachelor’s degree.

You will log requests, maintain databases, prepare records for review, route materials, draft acknowledgments, and support workflow improvements while protecting sensitive information.

Qualifications

• Active, fully adjudicated TS/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong record-keeping and data entry ability.
• Experience with a case-tracking system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and log MDR requests and maintain case files.
• Maintain accurate case data and tracking logs.
• Prepare records for review via scanning, indexing, labeling.
• Route cases to reviewers and escalate delays.
• Draft acknowledgments and transmittals.
• Assemble completed case packages for handoff.
• Support workflow improvements and tooling.
• Provide workload and status data for reporting.
