METTLER TOLEDO AutoChem Inc. seeks a Field Service Engineer to install, repair, and maintain AutoChem instrumentation on-site and at customer facilities. You will train customers, represent the Trusted Advisor standard, and collaborate with Sales, Service and Product Management.

You will travel extensively (75%+), troubleshoot diverse electronic/mechanical systems, and provide exceptional service while maintaining safety and documentation standards.

Formación

• Associate's degree in chemistry, chemical, electrical, electronic or mechanical engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience troubleshooting electronic, electrical, mechanical, and computer systems.
• Experience with Infrared, Optics, Lasers, HPLC, GC, Mass Spectrometry, or background in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills (oral and written) – English required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform on-site installations, repairs, upgrades, and maintenance of AutoChem instrumentation.
• Establish and maintain the 'Trusted Advisor' role with customers through service excellence and training.
• Document and report scheduling, utilization and escalation in a timely manner.
