Job summary

EverAI is seeking a Trust & Safety Product Manager to own safety-focused product delivery across its platforms. You’ll translate safety requirements into features, moderation capabilities, and integrations while collaborating with Compliance, Engineering, AI/ML, Product, and Support teams.

You’ll shape the future of the safety product function as the company grows. You will navigate sensitive content thoughtfully, balancing user protection with freedom of expression and working closely with CTO

Qualifications

• Ability to turn safety policies into product requirements and KPIs.
• Experience translating legal/safety needs into consumer features.
• Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, legal, operations and support.
• Comfort with AI tools and uncensored content in product contexts.

Responsibilities

• Define safety policy translation into product requirements and roadmaps.
• Own moderation tech improvements including EverGuard and AI guardrails.
• Lead third-party safety partnerships from evaluation to rollout and monitoring.
• Develop safety dashboards and QA processes to proactively identify issues.
• Coordinate incident response and post-incident remediation and learning.
• Lead safety reviews for new features with early design involvement.
