Job summary

EverAI is seeking a Trust & Safety Product Manager to own safety initiatives across our platforms. You will turn safety requirements into product features, moderation capabilities, and integrations, working with Compliance, Engineering, AI/ML, Product, and Customer Support.

The role reports to the CTO and Safety Lead and offers significant ownership from day one. Our platform serves adults and enforces clear boundaries while protecting users and enabling legitimate expression.

Qualifications

• Ability to translate safety policies into product requirements.
• Experience with content moderation and AI guardrails.
• Worked with trust and safety and compliance requirements for consumer platforms.
• Collaborates across engineering, legal, operations and support teams.
• Proficient with AI tools and experimentation.
• Experience managing third‑party safety partnerships.
• Ownership mindset with proactive problem solving.
• Comfort working with uncensored model‑based content.

Responsibilities

• Safety policy translation into product strategy and execution from definition to launch.
• Own in-house moderation tech improvements, including LLM‑based systems.
• Lead third‑party safety partnerships from evaluation to rollout and QA.
• Develop safety dashboards and QA processes to monitor issues.
• Conduct red teaming and adversarial testing of safeguards.
• Run trust and safety reviews for new features with stakeholders.
• Coordinate incident response and continuous improvement efforts.
