EverAI is seeking a Trust & Safety Product Manager to own the product and technical delivery of safety initiatives across platforms. You will translate safety requirements into features, moderation capabilities, and integrations, collaborating with Compliance, Engineering, AI/ML, Product, and Customer Support to detect risks early and improve how safety systems perform.

Qualifications

• Ability to translate safety policies and legal requirements into product requirements and metrics.
• Experience shaping moderation features and AI guardrails for consumer platforms.
• Proven track record in collaborating with engineering, legal, operations, and support teams.

Responsabilités

• Define safety-focused product strategy and delivery, from problem definition to launch and ongoing improvement.
• Own in-house moderation tech, including EverGuard, with cross-functional collaboration for rules and thresholds.
• Lead third-party safety partnerships, from needs assessment to rollout and performance management.
• Create dashboards and QA processes to monitor safety performance and prevent harmful content.
• Conduct red-teaming and adversarial testing to validate safeguards and responses.
• Run trust and safety reviews for new features, identifying misuse risks and required safeguards.
• Coordinate response to significant safety issues with incident management and policy teams.
