Job summary
EverAI Limited is seeking a Trust & Safety Product Manager to own safety initiatives across our platforms. You will turn safety requirements into product features, moderation capabilities, and integrations, working with Compliance, Engineering, AI/ML, Product, and Support to reduce risk and improve safety performance.
This newly created role reports to the CTO and Legal & Safety Lead. You will shape the direction of the safety product function as the company scales, navigating sensitive content
Qualifications
- Make data-driven policy decisions and translate safety requirements into product requirements.
- Moderate AI-based systems with scalable guardrails, including automation and human review.
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, engineering, and support teams across features.
Responsibilities
- Translate safety policies and legal requirements into clear product requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Oversee in-house moderation tech, including EverGuard, with engineers and AI teams.
- Lead third-party safety partnerships from evaluation to rollout and performance monitoring.
- Create dashboards and QA processes to proactively identify issues and prevent harmful content.
- Own testing for adversarial scenarios and ensure proper remediation of findings.
- Run trust & safety reviews for new features and major changes with cross-functional teams.
