Zusammenfassung

EverAI is seeking a Trust & Safety Product Manager to own safety initiatives across platforms, turning safety requirements into clear product features, moderation capabilities, and third-party integrations. You will collaborate with Compliance, Engineering, AI/ML, Product, and Support to identify risks and weave safeguards into new features.

You will shape the safety product function as the company grows, navigating sensitive content and enforcing boundaries while enabling legitimate expression.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to translate safety policies into product requirements and metrics.
• Experience translating legal/safety requirements into consumer-facing features.
• Knowledge of AI guardrails, moderation workflows, and model interactions.
• Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, legal, operations and support teams.
• Comfort with AI tools and evaluating third-party safety providers.
• Experience managing third-party partnerships and integrations.
• Proactive ownership mindset with bias for action in ambiguous contexts.
• Familiarity with navigating sensitive content and user safety boundaries.

Aufgaben

• Translate safety policies, legal requirements, incidents, and user feedback into product requirements and criteria.
• Own moderation tech product work, including in-house EverGuard and AI/ML integration.
• Lead lifecycle of third-party safety partnerships from evaluation to rollout and monitoring.
• Create dashboards and QA processes to detect emerging safety issues and ensure effectiveness.
• Lead red-teaming and adversarial testing, tracking remediation and retesting outcomes.
• Run trust & safety reviews for new features with stakeholder engagement and safeguards.
