EverAI is seeking a Trust & Safety Product Manager to own safety-oriented product delivery across platforms. You will translate safety policies and legal requirements into clear product features, guiding engineering, AI/ML, and support teams to reduce risks and improve safeguards.

You will collaborate with our CTO and Legal & Safety Lead, shape the safety product function, and navigate sensitive content while protecting user rights and expression.

Qualifikationen

• Data-driven decisions aligning with legal/ethical standards and measurable metrics.
• Experience with content moderation and AI guardrails.
• Familiarity with trust and safety, compliance requirements.
• Ability to collaborate across engineering, legal, operations, and support.

Aufgaben

• Safety & legal product strategy and delivery across platforms.
• Own in-house moderation tech and EverGuard integration with teams.
• Lead third-party safety partnerships from evaluation to rollout and KPIs.
• Establish safety dashboards and QA processes to preempt issues.
• Lead red-teaming, testing, remediation, and verification of safety measures.
• Run trust & safety reviews for new features with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate incident response and continuous safety improvements.
