Job summary

EverAI is seeking a Trust & Safety Product Manager to own safety initiatives across our platforms. You will translate safety policies, legal requirements, and user feedback into concrete product features, moderation capabilities, and third‑party integrations.

You will work closely with the CTO and Legal & Safety Lead to shape the product function as the company scales. You will collaborate with Engineering, AI/ML, Product, and Support to identify risks earlier, build safeguards into features,

Qualifications

• Data-driven decisions to inform policy and product direction.
• Experience shaping content moderation and safety guardrails.
• Experience working with legal/compliance requirements in consumer platforms.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and clear communication in English.
• Fluent with AI tools and applying AI in product decisions.
• Experience managing third‑party safety tools and partnerships.
• Demonstrated ownership and proactive problem solving in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Translate safety policies, legal requirements, incident findings, and user feedback into product requirements and engineering work; drive from definition to delivery.
• Own in-house moderation tech improvements and integration with AI/ML teams on detection, rules, and interventions.
• Lead third‑party safety partnerships from discovery to rollout and ongoing performance management.
• Establish dashboards and QA processes to proactively identify and prevent issues and ensure safety measures work as intended.
• Own testing for moderation systems and safeguards, tracking findings through remediation and retesting.
• Lead trust and safety reviews for new features and assess risks to users and safeguards.
• Coordinate incident response and continuous improvement with incident management and support teams.
