EverAI is seeking a Trust & Safety Product Manager to own safety and compliance delivery across our platforms. You will translate policies into product features, integrate third-party safety partners, and work with Compliance, Engineering, AI/ML, Product, and Support to reduce risk and improve safety performance.

You’ll manage internal moderation tech, dashboards, and incident response, shaping the roadmap with the CTO and Safety Lead while safeguarding user expression and lawful content.

Qualifikationen

• Name metrics you influence, explain why it matters, and show how results moved by your work.
• Translate safety requirements into policies, trackers, and dashboards.
• Experience translating legal/safety needs into consumer features and rules.
• Collaborate across engineering, legal, operations and support teams.
• Comfort with AI tools and applying guardrails in product design.
• Lead discussions with third-party tools and integrations for safety.

Aufgaben

• Safety policy and legal strategy translating into product requirements and delivery.
• Own in-house moderation tech, including EverGuard, with engineering/AI collaboration.
• Lead third-party safety partnerships from identification to rollout and monitoring.
• Create dashboards and QA processes to detect issues and verify safety measures.
• Own red-teaming and testing for misuse scenarios and remediation loops.
• Run trust & safety reviews for new features with early design input.
• Coordinate incident response and continuous safety improvements.
