Zusammenfassung

Atomic is seeking a senior, hands-on Trust & Compliance leader to own strategy and requirements for the Trust layer. You will drive the program day-to-day, transform processes into software-enforced controls, and coordinate audits and external reviews.

A strong PM backbone and senior-level communication are essential. You'll collaborate with security, privacy, and engineering leaders to shape policy, governance, and customer-facing responses, while building scalable trust practices across the

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience owning security, privacy, trust, risk, or compliance programs in a software company.
• Experience in regulated environments (government, Medicaid, health plans, etc.).
• Knowledge of SOC 2, NIST 800-series, HIPAA and government security standards.
• Proven ability leading audits, security questionnaires, pen tests and remediation.
• Strong product management skills: definition, requirements, and roadmaps.
• Ability to collaborate with senior engineers on architecture and controls.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and independence.

Aufgaben

• Lead the Trust Transformation across product, engineering, customer delivery and operations.
• Own the Trust operating model and enforce durable controls across teams.
• Turn regulatory and security requirements into actionable product and technical specs.
• Partner with the Trust engineering lead to design and build the Trust layer.
• Own the compliance roadmap and maintain evidence in Vanta.
• Coordinate audits, questionnaires, vendor risk reviews, and remediation.
• Represent the company to government agencies, Medicaid organizations and health plans.
