Atomic HR is seeking a senior trust and compliance expert who is also an exceptional product leader to own the Trust layer strategy and day-to-day program. You will align regulatory, security and privacy requirements with product and engineering, delivering auditable, software-enforced controls.

You will lead audits, risk management and external assessments, while partnering with executives to shape the roadmap and drive cross-functional delivery across the organization.

Competenze

• Significant hands-on experience owning security, privacy, trust, risk or compliance programs inside a software company.
• Experience in regulated environments such as government, public-sector tech, healthcare, Medicaid or similar high-trust industries.
• Working knowledge of SOC 2, NIST 800-series controls, HIPAA and government security standards.
• A track record of leading audits, security questionnaires and remediation.
